With all due respect, please stop sending these robotic / scripted replies to your customers, that are in no way helpful. Constant Contact ALREADY offers non-repeating backgrounds on the design tab (the limited ones you offer), so clearly that means it CAN be done and that you DO know how to make it happen. If this is not something that you are able to solve (which still confuses me, because your competitors don't have an issue with this) then can you at least offer us more background options in the design tab? The selection is extremely limited and unimpressive. This week for our E-News, I wanted to use a background for St. Patrick's Day and you don't offer any holiday backgrounds -- just the same old Vanilla content you've had for a long time now. Perhaps hire new designers if your current staff can't make new things happen? I appreciate your reply, but I still cannot understand why your competitors don't have this problem but Constant Contact still does, and I'd love an answer as to how that can be? CC has chosen to ignore all of us when it comes to this issue. And when they aren't ignoring us, they send us robotic replies about how "thankful" they are for our feedback and how they are "working on this" and yadda ya. It's been well over a year and they have done nothing to resolve this problem. IN other words - Constant Contact either doesn't care, or refuses to listen to all of these people complaining about the same thing and do something to fix it. You heard what she said -  CAN do it, so it CAN be done. I am already in the process of talking to my boss about leaving you guys, because you refuse to solve this issue, even though you have known about it for a long time now. Don't make lame excuses -  offers it, so you simply cannot claim that it can't be done. Basic websites have this SIMPLE function. You either don't know HOW to fix it, or you're refusing to. It's ridiculous that you guys can't figure out a fix for this problem! I too have the same problem. I like to keep our E-News fresh every week with a new background image, and the images you offer are very vanilla and limited. If you can't fix this problem, then the LEAST you can do for your paying customers is offer more of a variety of backgrounds. I have complained about this to you guys for over a year and here we are still talking about this in 2018.
