Please use Contact or Primary Contact but not both. You use the terms Contact, Contact Information and Primary Contact - Please be consistent and use one. Using multiples is is confusing. Also, PLEASE get rid of all the digital payment logos. We use Paypal only and the Venmo and other logos are VERY misleading and simply clutter up the graphic user interface. It is really unprofessional for us to show these options but not offer the options. We cannot offer these alternatives to Paypal for many reasons. Please don't make us use the logos for business options we can't offer. Thank you.

Your fixed start time may differ from event times. For instance, we register people for all our events from 6 to 6:45 pm but the event doesn't start until 6:45 pm. This makes a big difference for people who have to travel across town to our event. Your system forces the 6:00 time into the defaults. It would be good if this wasn't forced into things so that the attendees could see the two times for the two different periods. Thank you.

Your event registration system requires a Contact but the contact sometimes registers more than one person. The registration confirmation email only goes to the contact and not each registrants. Each registrant/attendee should receive their own email confirmation of their successful registration for in-person or virtual events. Also, Pay at the Door doesn't show that members can pay by cash, check or other options at the door. This system really needs some finessing. thank you
