You seem to no longer publish an actual email address for which your paying subscribers can contact you directly; now there is this "idea" forum and "community". Along with your tedious new automatic robotic, automated telephone system, now we are required to submit "ideas" instead of just sending you a private direct email. Why does CC continue to create more distance between your team and your subscribers?
I am writing with a complaint that I have voiced many times and seldom have received a reply:
Please stop subjecting paying subscribers to unwanted and, in my opinion, unnecessary, pop-ups and teasers and other extraneous message content. We should have an option to opt out, as paying subscribers. Yet your company stubbornly refuses to offer this and, indeed, even to acknowledge the very existence of this ever-growing barrage of uwanted "messages".

Hi - I had this issue some time ago and was shocked to discover that a Deliverability specialist, a supervisor in fact, admitted that some contacts on my contact list were not receiving my newsletters because they have been "suspended" as the result OF OTHER USERS. Naturally I was extremely upset and explained that I had spent many years building my database and that it was unfair that contacts I had added through my own careful and thoughtful hard work, were "suspended" by constantcontact for no discernible reason related to me, but to other constantcontact subscribers. ConstantContact, I love you guys, but the situation described above should not be happening. Caitlin's reply to RichC34 is no doubt the more likely possibility, but I do believe it's worth mentioning that the scenario I experienced may be happening to others. I understand ConstantContact's position, which is that they do not want to be accused of being a vehicle to send unsolicited emails; but on the other hand, I may have gotten someone's permission to email them, years ago, and they simply may not remember being added to my contact list. If you (users) discover that your "bounce" list is high, export all of those bounces to a spreadsheet and examine them. Research a few of them, determine how many are indeed legitimate existing emails, check them for possible typos, and if the number of legitimate emails on your "bounce" list is more than 3 or 4 out of every hundred, you should contact ConstantContact and ask them for an explanation. They might indeed be "suspending" some of your email contacts based on complaints by that contact, as a result of OTHER subscribers communicating with that contact.

Ladies & Gents:
Is there any way to disable the invitations/offers/etc. - - including the yellow ribbon (i enclosed in a circle), that seem to be ever-increasing on your site? As a paying member/user, shouldn't I have the option to opt out of all of these things? I can understand the eagerness of your marketing/technical team to get your messages out and I'm sure some of them are very exciting - - - I'm just not interested, I am too busy getting out my e-marketing campaigns and I don't want to keep seeing this forced advertising!!!!! Please advise!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Just spoke with one of your managers who mentioned probably ten times that I can provide my feedback about features that are no longer available to me and that I am not happy with. How about not taking those features away in the first place? How about making those changes optional instead of having your "improvements" forced on me? Your program is actually slower because of these "improvements", are you aware of this?
