Priceless! You broke the toolbar at the last update and after nearly a year of hemming and hawing, you have decided to not to bother to fix it. Thanks for your generous workaround. It's so clear that the customer experience is Constant Contact's first priority. Absolutely shameful and pathetic. And it took nearly a year of doing nothing to officially say "WE"RE DOING NOTHING". Your question is good, but it's not the best one in this situation. The best question is WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED? This has been going on for what over NINE months and still has not been fixed. At this point, maybe WILL IT EVER BE FIXED is the best question of all. Or even better, WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE? In NINE months a developer already six feet under could have fixed this bug. But it takes management to call a bug fix a feature request - that's just rich!

I have now had to revise every single campaign to remove the bulleted lists, which means deleting all text, pasting it back as plaintext and reformatting all of it - but without bullets, as they are no longer a functioning feature - but guess what? even if you tab indent non-bulleted text, as soon as you go to send it, all indenting is gone. This is horrible - how can this get screwed up? it is like working in a late 90's web site. you all should be ashamed that you screwed this up. GET IT FIXED ASAP. If this is the last straw and we have to change platforms, I will be working overtime for weeks to transition, but i'll still get paid, because the boss is FED UP with this poor excuse for a platform that only gets progressively worse, and rarely rarely any better. For shame! Has no one at ConstantContact any pride anymore?

The TAB key no longer has any effect in campaign text and all of my bulleted lists have been hosed. What the heck are you all doing over there? STOP SCREWING THINGS UP! PLEASE! Reloading, copying and pasting, copying and pasting plain text, nothing resolves the inability to TAB or make a simple bulleted list. I mean c'mon...how did this get screwed up??

Found a new bug today, add it to the list.
Formatted my text boxes to the font and font size I wanted. Went to send it and all of the formatting was gone. Fixed it back and it happened again. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.
It was left justified not centered.
Size 18 Font, not 28.
Looks fine in the editor. Go to send and BAM it's all hosed. Can you make this experience any more frustrating? It's hard enough to find talented employees that want to work. No one wants to work on this buggy disaster of an editor.
I'm so tired of all of the hassles of using this site. It's reprehensible that no one at Constant Contact tests anything.

So you unceremoniously ignored my last inquiry and bug report, blew me off and closed the suggestion, without providing any substantial response that addressed the issues I raised. I AM CONVINCED THERE ARE BUGS IN THE CONTACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. I saw a new one today. SO THE NEXT STEP FOR YOU IS SIMPLE: DISCLOSE THE KNOWN ISSUES SO I KNOW HOW TO PROTECT MY BUSINESS. Finding your bugs is not my job. I cannot reduce my bill any further, so helping you does me no good. (It would make me feel a little warm and fuzzy, if you hadn't just blown me off...). AGAIN, THIS IS SIMPLE: WHAT ARE THE KNOWN BUGS IN THE CONTACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. So, it's bad enough that the editor is full of unresolved bugs (e.g. pasting, format toolbar, etc). It's bad enough that the image mgmt system doesn't work and images are charged against my quota even if I can't access them (also a known confirmed issue). BUT TO DISCOVER UNDISCLOSED BUGS IN THE CONTACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. It is one thing when my employees quit because they can't deal with your platform anymore; it is entirely another level when I'm losing customers because you are not managing my contacts in the ways that you claim. Among other things, I've had contacts continue to receive new email for days after unsubscribing. I've had contacts receive my emails that are not even in my contacts for that send. Your undisclosed bugs are now affecting my business, not just my human resources. These kind of bugs are absolutely unacceptable. I would ask when they will be fixed, but we all know that's just a pipe dream. So let me ask this instead: PLEASE LIST THE KNOWN BUGS IN THE CONTACT MGMT SYSTEM SO WE CAN PROTECT OUR BUSINESSES AND WORK AROUND THEM. I'm sure you have very talented lawyers to write your TOS, but that still doesn't make this type of behavior acceptable.

Exactly! I have had employees quit in frustration because their job on Constant Contact is so much more frustrating now. For all their bromides about "growing our businesses", a platform that actually worked is the one thing they cannot (or will not) provide.

So there's no longer a preview image of the campaign in the campaign listing? Another EPIC FAIL in usability that leaves the users' needs as the last thing even considered by your engineers. Who approves these ridiculous changes???
And now the Social Share link is GONE? Replaced by an AD for GOOGLE??? Seriously??
I would be speechless this is so unbelievably bad, but someone needs to tell you (and apparently REPEATEDLY!)

So you fixed the super typing delay...Good work! Are you all going to fix the rest of the bugs? Pasting still scrolls the whole page. The formatting toolbar is getting worse and now jumps all over, but usually where you can't see the text and the toolbar at the same time.

Exactly! Though it may have corrected itself. I think it was a glitch due to the system transition that occurred. Honestly, who thought it was a good idea to deploy an update during the middle of the working day instead of at night when fewer people were using the system? Another example of Constant Contact's total disregard for the PAYING user experience...SMH And you all should have investigated (or at least pretended to) before closing this concern and declaring everything hunky-dory.

The recent color selector is no longer showing after text, highlight or fill colors. Copying and reentering hex codes to maintain my pallette. It's PATHETIC. Same bug as described previously, but marked closed and implemented. Well it's back. DON'T MESS WITH MY CAMPAIGNS! THIS MEANS YOU!

i can type entire sentences before the new editor catches up and actually displays the sentence. the delay is ridiculous. this was never a problem in the old editor. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS IN THE NEW EDITOR OR GIVE US BACK THE OLD EDITOR.
these bugs are killing our productivity and frustrating our employees. PLEASE ADDRESS THEM.

This is a known issue in the new editor, confirmed by Tech Support. The formatting toolbar is too frequently totally off the screen and you have to scroll to locate it, meaning that the text being edited is no longer on the screen. The suggested workaround is to use smaller text boxes (suggesting that I redesign my emails to accommodate this bug is ludicrous) and if I paste text into the next text boxes, that triggers the bug where pasting scrolls the screen.

wow the new fonts on the site are beautiful... ...too bad I can't change my font and see my text at the same time because the formatting toolbar is off the screen somewhere (and has been for several months now!) this is insulting to the customer...you have time to pick fonts, but no resources to fix the bugs in the new editor, seriously???

Bug of the Day! "Scheduled for in the Past Hour" I managed to schedule an email in the past. (I didn't, but the site is saying meaningless things like this!) Time for a new case number, even if it means Chat support will insult me, lie to me and mess with my campaigns without permission. Will this bug get censored too? Censoring is the only thing that happens fast at Constant Contact, as bug fixing and phone answering takes ages...

unbelievable! these are bugs. just fix them. don't give us workarounds for your lack of testing. i confirm the same issues. and no, the pasting is from constant contact to constant contact, good try at blaming the user though. (unless it is your formatting causing the issue) why do i have to redo my text boxes because your editor is now broken? AND WHY DIDN'T YOU MOVE THE TOOLBAR TO THE SIDE AS SUGGESTED BEFORE? this is a weak response. we don't need workarounds. we need a functioning product. and you obviously need some q/a testers.

First, any place that puts feedback in a forum instead of taking it to the coders is a joke! Then, the site is buggy, the text editor glitches, the tech support chat stuff are incompetent and dishonest, the campaign search is useless, connectivity issues break their site repeatedly, and clearly no one bothers to test this site for real world usability. Given what I know now, I would choose a different platform and would NEVER recommend constantcontact to anyone.

hi there, the campaign search functionality is not very accurate or usable. after about three attempts only getting campaigns from two years ago, it is quicker to manually go thru the campaigns to find one from last month containing exactly what i searched for.
