It's more difficult to find information about my contacts and to create lists with my contacts. Having the engagement on a separate tab in the contact form is cumbersome. The information is visually difficult to read, seems clumped together. Before there was more line spacing that made information the contact page easier to read. I'm not a fan of what you're doing.
