When will the old features come back of matrix rating survey? We cannot use your platform anymore since this feature went away. We are paying for premium and not receiving premium service.

The new survey layout is awful. You took away the functionality of the matrix ranking which we relied on as a company for many initiatives. Instead of focusing on adding pictures and graphics, can we bring back the basic functionality so I do not have to purchase another platform?
