Thank you for your response. However it does not help solve the mysterious disappearance of our contact lists. We had 250+ lists before the disappearance of a good 50 contact lists. Some time last month, our administration in another office had difficulty in assessing Constant Contact for a week or so. Could this have affected in any way. Is there any way Constant contact could have archived the contact lists. Appreciate your assistance. Thank you

Hi A good number of our contact lists have gone missing. We have checked and verified that none of our administrators have deleted any of our contact lists. We greatly appreciate an insight into this and how we can retrieve the missing lists.
