The login issue was in regards to India-based IPs getting bounced back by our Cloudflare setup, and has since been resolved. It wouldn't have affected contacts or any other elements of the account.
When it comes to contacts, our higher level technical team can sometimes do rewinds if the changes occurred within 24 hours of requesting the rewind. Beyond that however, they won't really be able to do anything. Unless you're able to call in to provide some specific names of the missing lists for our higher level technical team to try looking for, there's not much else we can do in this regard.
You may want to check the activity of your organization's devices, to see if your account owner or any of the managers would have been logging in to merge lists, or doing cleanups and either forgot or didn't feel like mentioning it. If your organization doesn't monitor your devices like that, then there's really nothing else that can be done overall.
