I remember this used to exist... searching the "help" even revealed instructions of how... but the ability to do that is gone (to swap out a linked document in the library with another one after the email has been sent...so that anyone who clicks on the link after the document has changed will see the new one. very helpful for fixing errors after the fact. ...
