I've been complaining about decreasing CC quality. It may have been in my mind or due to my limited skills, but all I can say is that during the past week my CC experience has been first class. If the CC team made a change, thank you. If it was me, what can I say?

Every time Constant Contact is "improved" it's quality diminishes. It's getting unusable. Please stop "improving the site. Lay off folks who have nothing better to do. There is a a sad decline in quality, likely unintended but inept.
