Currently when someone subscribes to our newsletter using the Constant Contact landing page, the subscriber is added to the contact list but there is no notification of the new subscription. Can an option be added to send an email notification for a new subscriber?

Your API key
The code you're using / API calls you're making
Which step of the authorization flow is returning this error
The login username of the Constant Contact account you're attempting to generate a token for, if the issue seems to be limited to a specific account
