We have an elderly contact who accidentally unsubscribed. We Sent her an email from Constant Contact to confirm resubscribing. She can't find that email. She is now showing as "awaiting reply", I have tried deleting her and entering her again thinking that might let me resubscribe her - to no avail. How do you get around this issue?
