They won't change/fix the new editor - I've had to go to another company to send my newsletters now; Constant Contact is just a database for my old subscribers at this point, and soon there will be no need for that... Here's what one of CC's customer service people told me a month ago about how the editor is messing up my template and haven't heard back since: "...the alignment issues happening with your design are the result of an issue with our editor, not an issue with your code. I appreciate your having brought this to our attention, as this issue had not been previously reported to us. I have passed the report along to our engineers. While I'm unable to estimate the time frame in which it may be fully resolved, I will keep this case open, to ensure that we notify you once the issue has been corrected." That's one of those "ah well, it happens. We'll just keeping with the customers it works with" answers, so good look with your issue.
