We get people calling in to register and leaving messages to do so -- but your system will not allow us to manually register someone without an email address. This means we need to keep dual registration lists -- very user unfriendly and extra work on our part. Manager should be able to override that requirement. It also appears that a registrant cannot add an additional guest after they've registered. Also user and customer unfriendly. I recognize that your system is email address based, but we actually try to deal with real people.
