Can you elaborate on what you mean? Are you referring to ordering a professional design? Generally speaking, when you order a design, you provide details such as links to your social media, your logo, your website, your industry type, etc. so our designers can create a template utilizing those elements.
If you're referring to prepaying for Email Plus, which includes a new template creation for those who immediately upgrade to Email Plus from trial, you'll want to contact our general support. This way they can collect what info you're needing included in the design, and submit that as an opp included with your upgrade, rather than a separately ordered service.
