In an age that a lot of people use iphone LIVE setting in their camera, Constant Contact needs to keep up and convert HEIC to be accepted as an image. Most other formats do convert it to a usable image including CANVA and Mail Chimp. Also Mail Chimp downsizes the image if it's too large too another great feature I wish CC had.
