This is inconvenient for customers. It's wasting my time every time I call. You should have a menu with options for customers to select, not this voice machine that doesn't understand anything, specially when you have an accent.

This form is not allowing us to customize the fields according to our needs. We want to add a field for people under certain age, a simple check box that's linked to one of our mailing lists, and we don't have that option right now.

The form doesn't offer enough options to customize. We need to be able to change the personal information fields to request the information we need from our clients. We also need to be able to modify the template to reflect our brand.
