Thank you for your reply. The event is still open so I can export the report as you indicated but I have a follow-up question. Would the use of the Discount Code affect the ability to update the payment status? Is that why the status shows as 'Not Applicable' as opposed to the 'Pending' status?

We used a Discount Code when recording the registration for some individuals on an Event. The pay status then displayed 'Not Applicable'. We received payment and now I want to update that status but I am unable to do any kind of update the pay status. Any advice?

I am not able to select the individual for update. I wonder if I need to do something else first. The Registration status shows 'Registered' for this individual.
