Has anyone else had trouble with WePay? I have provided all the paperwork they have requested and they will not release my funds? I cannot get a human being to talk to me to resolve this. Constant Contact washes their hands of it as does Chase, the owner of WePay. They are recommending I refund all my ticket holders and ask them to repurchase tickets through PayPal - which I have been using for more than 5 years. Why I risked a mess like this to save a few bucks - I don't know!
