Hi @ChristineS48 that happened to me too - Here is the solution I found... After duplicating your event, update the details accordingly - THEN you need to go and EDIT TICKET details (second tab) - Click on the "3 dots" in the TICKETS section. This will show you a drop-down list - select the first option in the drop down "EDIT" - A new pop-up will appear - Change the "Ticket Sale Date Range" to match your NEW event, and click on the "Save & Close" button.
