I'm looking for information as to how to check ticket holders physically at the event itself. I will have ticket checkers at the gate and I'm not sure what equipment they will need. do they scan QR codes? will this automatically check off the ticket so that it can't be used twice? Or do I need to have them line up and get checked in at a laptop for example. I will have a long line if that's the case.

I just discovered this page where I can see all the links in my email and which were most popular. The only problem is that even on a 17" screen and using full screen mode, I can't see the stats and the website link at the same time. Some links are very long, but most are fairly short. Can you shorten the width of the link portion so that the stats can be seen at the same time, without having to scroll back and forth? Thanks.

In the previous version of this system, when I uploaded a list of email addresses, I could find out who was already unsubscribed, so that I could process them differently. How do I do this now?

When I upload a list of email addresses (of people who have recently volunteered), I need to be able to see who has opted out, so that I can send them a separate email telling them how to resubscribe (which they may have done years ago). In the new activity screen. how can I do that?
