Instead of having a customer service team handle your support/feedback issues, you've decided to dump support issues and even feedback (of all things) over to a public forum in the hopes that the users themselves will help each other with issues that arise with your software. It is cheap. We spend thousands of dollars every year with your company and this is how you treat the client. Cheap. The fact this feedback will get dumped to a public forum instead of going directly to your development team is not only creepy, but is unique in that no other site has the balls to do this. We'll be reviewing other email list management solutions going forward. Note: Try not to end emails with support issues with "Or have you tried talking with your peers in the Community?" You guys just bumped above my bank for loathsome corporate behavior. Don't think I didn't notice the "Do not sell my info" link you guys slipped into the footer. Note to all other 49 states... California passed a privacy law. Most web companies conformed their policy to cover all states based on this new law. Constant contact, in breaking with other norms, has decided to only give the residents of California this benefit. Good for you Constant Contact. Your willingness to "sell" the data of all the other states users really shows you are taking privacy seriously.
