I am sorry to hear that this is happening. In order to look into this further, we would need some specifics about your contacts, which we do not want to be public. You can email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the username, a few examples of contacts who have not been receiving images, the name of the campaign(s) in your account that were sent, and any additional information you think would be helpful.
