Hi @William_A Wow, okay... you can see how that's a major use issue for setting up email automations in Constant Contact... I found that the auto-email that sent without the subject link bounced... with only one open (which was me after finding the email my "Junk" emailbox). I just tried what you suggested above. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again, -Parisa

Hello @William_A Thank you for letting me know... it was not clear that the Welcome email-type automations only trigger from sign up form additions to lists, but now I know. The strangest thing when I set up new automation series, is that the "Subject" line did not pop up like it doesn't for other emails... I thought that I put it in, but I had just named the email (on the top left) and now I can't find the Subject link when I try to edit the first email in that automation sequence.

I've set up several automated email series... but for some reason this one is not sending even though I have the trigger set to, "The first time a contact joins this list." The automation is "Activated," and I can see the list for which adding contacts to that list triggers the automation... I'm wondering why it still shows zero sends even though I've added five people to said list. Any ideas?
