Hi LisaW024!   Thanks for the suggestion and for the positive feedback and recommendations on the EventSpot product. We really appreciate it! This is a limitation at this time as the email addresses are used to track the unique registrations and payments for each contact. But our developers are definitely looking into all this as this is a popular request. Hi Anita, custom fields are contact fields that you customize or create yourself if they are not available as a standard field in Constant Contact. Example you want to add your contact's "department" or their birthday. Those are not standard fields, you can create custom fields for them so you can import that data and even use them in your email. To create custom Fields, click My Settings > click Manage my Custom Fields on the left under Custom Settings. Hope that helps! ... View more

Thank you for your suggestion. We have currently increased the custom field length to 255 characters long from 50. Another change is that you no longer have a limit to how many fields you can create. Hi LenaC,   Thank you so much for this feedback. I'm sorry if this is creating confusion for your registrants whenever they click the "Add to Calendar" link and the calendar entry provides them the direct Event URL instead of just the online event URL. This is how it's currently set up but we will be happy to look into giving options for online events to make this modification. Until this feature is available, I do have a couple of ways on how they can get to your online session's link:   1. You can add it to your Landing Page as a link in one of the blocks (this way they see it when they click the calendar link) 2. You can add it to your confirmation email and page. Hi MarthaC16 ,   Sorry to hear you are having issues adjusting to the new format. The Add Contacts process is the same as before -- Adding Contacts one by one, several at a time, from a file etc. The layout on that part has just changed with the new interface. As for searching, we have now provided 2 ways to search: 1) a quick search so you can enter the contacts' first/ last name and 2) Advanced Search to be able to filter your searches better. Hi MagneB,   Thank you for your feedback. In the Email Reports page showing your bounces, there will be a "Display" section on the right side of the table header where you can select which bounce type to display. By default, it will show "Recommended for Removal" but you can click on it to select a different bounce category. Once that displays, you can then click the Export link and it should export only that bounce type for you.   Hope that helps! ... View more

Hi DeborahF15,   Sorry to hear of your difficulties with the new tool. The bounce reports are under the Email Reports section just like before. Please click Email tab and click Reports on the yellow toolbar. If you're referring to the bounce history per contact, it has now been renamed as "Engagement" and should be on the contact's details when you click on a contact's name. Thanks! ... View more

Hi Barry,   To answer your question on how to changed the fields viewed on the Contacts list, please go to Contacts Tab and then at the top of your contact list, select the wheel icon at the upper right. Hi Belinda,   Thank you for that suggestion. While we cannot reopen events after they close or complete at this time, you can still change the dates of a live event if you need to reschedule for any reason. To modify your event date, please click EventSpot tab > click on your Event Name > click Edit Event Basics. Once you save the changes, you will be asked if you want to send an email to your existing registrants and contacts to advise them of this change.   Hope this makes it easier for you to reschedule events until your requested feature is available.   Anna Navarro Social Support and Community ...
