I'm so fed up with utter incompetence of Constant Contact management. For 7 years I've been setting up events but they just changed formats and the new format will not allow me to enter an event name, will not accept any contact phone number, has no visible place to enter a maximum number of attendees, and their help center is only open Mon -Fro and during biz hours. What about the millions of us who want to send out newsletters and events on weekends?

For the past seven years I have been downloading pix to insert into newsletters but today two out of three pix I downloaded from the same source came out as negatives. I called customer service who asked that I email them to him and he had the same problem.

The new events format has several deficiencies about which I have called customer service for two months but none have been fixed even though I have also spoken to supervisors.
Allow people to see who else has registered for events.
Receive notification when someone registers.
When you first go into events, the page that lists all events used to show how many have registered but now it requires going into Manage – a totally unnecessary extra step.
When creating an event there used to be a box where you could enter a Close By Date or a Maximum Number – now that requires going a new form – again an unnecessary step that is waste of time.

I just downloaded an image but when I insert it into a newsletter it comes in sideways and there is no link to rotate it. There is no way to contact Constant Contact on weekends which is ridiculous. There should be an easily seen link to do this.
