Constant Contact Customer Service used to be terrific. They answered very quickly and they were located in America where you could understand them. Now they have outsourced it to other countries where the agents are very difficult to understand, and I speak six languages so am better able to understand than most Americans. I just hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes. The Chat feature also leaves a lot to be desired. All I needed help with was how to rotate pix that somehow downloaded sideways. This should be easy to do but it's not - there should be an icon in the images section allowing you to do that.
