I have a member of our organization that does not receive our emails. I have just entered an additional email for them and that address also got bounced. This has happened in the past with a few of our members. I have instructed all to make sure they put our address in their contact list so we do not go to spam. What else can I do to make sure this member gets our emails??

How can I add another administrator to my account. I would like to share the duties of putting together our organization's weekly emails and my co-worker is being denied access even though she has the email/password for the account.
