I understand that technology is ever-changing, and you need to stay one step ahead of your competition with added features, etc. But, as a long time CC user, I get increasingly frustrated when I go to do a simple task such as adding a new contact, and this function has changed. I had to log in on a live chat, explain the situation to get a resolution, and finally add my new contact. This process took about 10 minutes longer than it should have. I see how the process works now, and I'm sure there are other great features with this recent update...but I don't know about any of them because Constant Contact doesn't let their users know about updates! Truly, this is all about simple communication. While I do participate in webinars regarding updates and certain topics, I don't always have the time to do so. There needs to be a better way to inform us of updates and enhancements. In addition, I have expressed my frustration with inflated campaign open rates due to BOTS. I get the standard answer of "Our team is working on this.", but other platforms seem to have it figured out and can isolate these BOTS to get a more accurate open rate. I feel CC is letting their customers down on many levels. Please help this long time user...I don't want to change platforms, but this is the first time I've considered it!
