Dear Support Team, If we add a new contact via importing a list (because they already gave us permission to email them via other means), and at a later date they subscribe using our website sign-up form, will they still get the welcome email? I am thinking this could be a similar scenario to a contact already existing in our Constant Contact DB, and then they "join-by-text", the welcome email is not sent.
