Hello @EileenP08, Thank you for reaching out to us. The best option would be to add the contacts temporarily to a listing in your account and send them the email via Constant Contact. Once you've added those contacts, you can then use the QuickSend option that is offered via our system. After doing so, you can then remove them from the account if you do not wish to keep them. However, if you do not wish to go through this process the only other option would be to live send the email to yourself and forward the message via your email client to whomever you need to send it to. Please let us know if any of these options have assisted you with what you are trying to accomplish.

If you would like to understand a little more about how and what our bounce report is, click here for an article that will go over several things that will be very useful for understanding your bounces. If you would like to discuss account specifics, I'd suggest reaching out to our Account Review department directly as this may also contain account sensitive information. Hello @user9773, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to sending an email to one (1) recipient. If the email is in a draft status, you will need to have that one (1) recipient in a list by themselves. The reason being, is because when scheduling an email it will only allow you to schedule it out to an email list. I apologize for any inconvenience. At this time we do not have any available updates for the addition of this feature in the new Third-Generation editor. Although they are still reviewing this option, I'd be more than happy to submit your feedback to the correct team. In addition to that, there is some information that we would love to add to the feedback you have provided. In regards to the display issue you were mentioning, if you could send us some information on: - What are the display issues (stretching, colors, etc)? - What email client was the email forwarded from? - What email client was the forwarded email received at? - Would you be able to provide us with a screenshot of the issue being experienced? You can email this information to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with a reference to this post. If you happen to have this information, we will attach this information along with your feedback. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with today.

Hello @KatherineJ, Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Because you are a paying customer I was able to remove the Constant Contact logo from your footer. You may need to log out of the account and log back in to see the changes. All previous and new campaigns will be updated and will no longer contain the logo at the bottom of your footer. I can understand how useful it would be to be able to manage your footer within your account, I will submit your feedback to the correct department.
