While our firm is small -- only 7 employees -- our technical reach is worldwide. Constant Contact enables us to stay in touch with clients, prospects, and partners across the continents. The Events feature of the platform enables us to organize, promote and manage our online workshops and webinars. We count on feedback from Constant Contact's Surveys to hone our offerings and know what is most important to our software user base. Our Contacts List has grown through the easy automated sign up form we've added to our website. Additionally, advice to give people many ways to be added to our mailing list and to say "yes" has worked wonderfully. Can we take the birthday and anniversary off. This is not a social media. Birthdays are used as a security question by my doctors office. I always give fake dates to social media. At least give me an option of what fields I don't want to see!

The new Search method is a big step backwards. I see no improvements over the old. I used to be able to search ALL fields for a word, but now I have to select the field.

The recent addition of Fatigue Ninjas has spiked website visits from Constant Contact emails to Endurica.com. I would love to see how animating them would add an even bigger impact. I bet they would be fabulous!
