I followed the directions for a custom HTML email. My screen did not look like the screenshots. There were 3 links on the left of the screen for “header” “greeting” and “footer.” No place to enter actual email body. I clicked on “advanced html editor” which is basically a box with no tools and pasted my html between the greeting and the footer.
