You are correct, there are many not on any list - so now the question is, How to I get them all (at the same time and not indiviudally) to the one list that I have?

I read this article, selected them all, thinking I could add them all to the only list I have of receipents. But when I attempted that, it asked me to create a new list, which I don't want to do. I simply wanted to add those that you say are not connected to any list to the one list I have - any thoughts on how to do this?

It shows i have 3469 contacts, but yet the email Sends were only 2911. Can you explain the difference. I did delete 590 Suspended Accounts though. I think i should be in the lower pricing tier.

My Open rate went from around 800 to 1900 - I like to think this is because of me but I doubt that. Was there and error in reporting open rates recently?
