Your campaign file management design is pathetic and completely counter-intuitive. The only way to organize old campaigns (which we use as templates for new ones) is filing them in folders, but that does not remove them from the main list. The only way to remove them from the item list is to delete them which sends them to another list, but also removes them from the file folder structure. While they are still accessible in deleted items, they cannot be organized for easy retrieval. And there is no search facility that I can see to at least filter them. So we end up scrolling through hundreds of items to find the one we want.
And I can find no explanation of the difference between deleting and archiving.
Why can't you use a structured file management system like everything else does? Items moved to folders should be removed from the root directory. It's such a simple thing to do.

Frankie_P says " ... this (PDF export) is a great idea!" as though it is something never thought of before. PDF exports were part of the old system and worked perfectly, as did the .xls formats and the .cvs raw data format. The new system has only two .cvs exports which are unusable for any purpose. Neither of them present data in a tabular form like the old exports did. Who came up with these? How am I expected to make any sense out of the data? Exports are not the only issue. I have many surveys that I copy to use again. Now I have to recreate them all from scratch because there is no function to convert old surveys to the new version. Also, several question types in the old system are missing in the new one. I can't even end a survey because there is no "Close" on the option menu. I suggest you put back the old system and take this one back to the workbench until you have it right.

This is my first experience with the "improved" survey editor. I was disappointed to see the reduced functionality compared to the old version, collecting responder information in particular. But I am very upset that there are only two export options, and neither of them is a format than can be used for much of anything. Both are CVS, and they are not even in tabular form; more like paragraphs. What happened to the old .cvs formats and particular the .xls detail format? Surely the information in the new system is compatible with these.

Often it is necessary to make global changes to a subset of contacts, like changing the company name for all contacts with a particular tag. Right now, this is a tedious process of accessing each contact individually, change the value, hit save and then go back to the list. This is made doubly difficult by an apparent bug in the way contacts are filtered. When I clicked a tag to filter the list, I was only able to change two contacts before the list reverted to all contacts and I had to select the filter again. A list editor a la spreadsheet would make this process much easier. Or at least fix the bug so the list filter stays on.
