Was there ever any resolution to this issue with Hotmail? My organization's campaigns continue to have issues were users with Hotmail addresses report never receiving messages, despite the reporting in CC showing that they were successfully Sent. Is there anything that the recipient can do to insure they are receiving these campaign messages? Nick
