Hi @user079811 ,

Thank you for sharing your campaign. Taking a look, there's several elements I love about it:

  • It's a very clean layout, and is excellently setup for mobile viewing
  • The images made to look like buttons at the bottom look very nice, and help to give your org's communications a more unique style.
  • The title (Parent and Provider News) being a designed image also provides consistent style for your org's communications. It helps to highlight which list / focus group is receiving the email, as I've seen you've done this with other email communications for other lists.
  • The coloration is great, and makes for a less extreme dark mode conversion.
  • Excellent use of Read More-type layouts to get people to engage with the specific articles. This helps reduce the overall content in the email itself, making it easier for editing, and getting your audience to engage with your org's website.

There's a couple areas I think could be improved on:

  • I assume the logo above the title is meant to be left-aligned, since that's how other newsletters of this style have been done for your org. I do think it'd be good to have it link to your main website homepage, or to a more specific page on your site, if applicable.
  • I do like the clean layout of your email, but on desktop it can appear pretty long. Simply widening the email 100-150px could make the email feel a bit less daunting. However, you may need to make slight adjustments to the size of your title image, if you widen your email even further.
  • Trimming up some of the extra spacing between sections and dividers can help reduce the overall length of your email. It does get cut off when I view it in Gmail in both the desktop and mobile versions. It doesn't cut off any of the main content (based on this particular campaign), but it does kneecap your social areas at the bottom.
  • A more nitpicky improvement I'd suggest is making the social bar at the top and bottom have consistent font sizing and formatting.

Thanks again for sharing. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my suggestions. Have a good day!
