Welcome to the new and improved Hints and Tips! We’ve made some big updates to ensure we’re delivering quick, actionable tips to help you take your marketing game to the next level.

 

This month, we’re diving into email reporting: breaking down the metrics that matter and how you can use this information to improve your campaigns. It’s all about understanding how your audience engages with your emails — and we’ve used that same approach to improve this newsletter.

 

You’ll notice we’ve added a TLDR section to make it easier to digest key takeaways. In it, we’ll provide four to-dos you can tackle right away to make a big impact each month (plus, where you can go for feedback).

 

We’ll also be featuring a subject matter expert each month. In our Quick Tips section, you can get their best advice from video in under 60 seconds. We know you’re busy, so we’re here to help you work smarter, not harder.

I am loving the design tips emails in my inbox. However, I am struggling to apply these ideas to a business that is not basic retail. We manufacture custom products for other manufacturers. So many of the tips don't seem to fit well. Would love to get more feedback for how to drive B2B marketing in the industrial world.

The Hints & Tips email this month was primarily about email reporting, but if you are looking for feedback on your email template designs, I encourage you to share one of your email campaigns on our Campaign Feedback board. We can see what you've done so far and offer targeted advice on ways to improve. You can also review this blog article on email design or check out our Email Design Tips board for a variety of resources.

 

When it comes to B2B, the overall design choices and best practices are not that different from traditional retail. But, I look forward to seeing what you share on our Campaign Feedback board!
