How to Navigate the Image Folder Overload

If you tend to upload many photos into your library, you may be wondering why some do not appear when you are creating an email. Don’t worry, they haven’t been deleted! To avoid performance issues, we set a limit of displaying up to 500 photos in the Image tab when creating an email. Although we know it can be frustrating at moments, especially when you have an email ready to go. We have some genius tricks up our sleeves to assist you in inserting images into your campaigns. 

 

1. Use the Power of the Image Block

Instead of navigating through the Image tab to find the image you wish to add, try this:

This bypasses the need to navigate your full library and streamlines the process.

 

 

2. Search for Images by Name

Already know which image you want to use? You can quickly find it by using the search bar in the library. Here's how:

  • Open the Image Block or Replace Image option.
  • Type in the name or keyword of the image you need.

Why scroll through a never-ending library? Time is money

 

 

3. Declutter Your Library

Consider this as ‌digital decluttering! By removing unused or outdated images, you will not only improve the performance of the library but also experience similar benefits to clearing up photos on your phone for storage purposes.

  • Go to Tools > Library and delete old files you no longer need, like outdated photos or logos.

Pro Tip: Back up important images to a folder on your computer before deleting.

 

 

4. Organize with a Naming Strategy

Keep future searches easy by renaming images with clear, searchable titles. For example:

  • Instead of “IMG_1234,” try “WinterPromo2024-Banner.”
