Let's meet Kaitlyn, who shares some anecdotes about her professional journey, experiences working on campaigns for customers, and what she likes to do outside of work.
How long have you been with Constant Contact?
3 and a half years.
Can you share a bit about your professional journey so far?
My professional journey has been rooted in supporting small businesses. I’ve had the opportunity to work in marketing roles across a variety of industries, from local boutiques to local non-profit art museums, which allowed me to develop a diverse skill set. My passion for helping small businesses thrive ultimately led me to Constant Contact, where I could focus on marketing full-time and make a larger impact by empowering small business owners to achieve their goals.
Can you share a memorable project or campaign you’ve worked on?
One of the most memorable projects I’ve worked on was with a nonprofit that hosted a community fundraising/showcase event in 2023. We utilized their email list and ran a targeted Facebook ad with a $150 budget. Our graphic design team also helped create eye-catching graphics for the event, which helped elevate the campaign’s visibility. The Facebook ad reached over 1,000 unique individuals and nearly sold out their local community theater where the event was being held. It was rewarding to witness their community come together and to know that our team played a part in bringing it all to life.
What’s the most rewarding part of your role as a Marketing Manager?
The most rewarding part of my role as a Marketing Manager is building meaningful relationships with customers. I love getting to know them on a deeper level—not just understanding their business goals and achievements, but also learning about their personal stories and passions. It’s incredibly fulfilling to celebrate their successes and know that the work we do contributes to their growth and impact.

What are your priorities when working with clients?
My top priorities when working with clients are ensuring they feel heard and understood, and delivering exceptional results from the very start. I take the time to listen to their needs and goals, which helps me create tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. My focus is always on building trust through clear communication and a commitment to quality.
What is a fun fact about you that others might not know?
I used to be a competitive rock climber and my dog and I have climbed 4 Colorado 14ers together!
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring new trails, or just enjoying the fresh air with my dog. I’m also passionate about supporting my favorite small businesses—whether that’s discovering local coffee shops, browsing boutiques, or engaging with community events.
