Hello, I sent an email out around 10:02 AM EST. My coworkers received the emails to their inboxes around 10:20 AM EST. I did not receive the email until 11:42 AM EST. Is there a reason for this or a way to make sure emails are being promptly received? Thank you

Hello @FLEOA ,
If you're sending to a larger list, then your email will go through a process known as staging. Besides staging, some email programs' security protocols may force emails to go through a quarantine period until the algorithms determine it's from a good source, authentication confirmed, or just to make sure the links and images don't contain anything malicious. If you have additional questions about staging, I'd advise speaking with the Delivery team directly.
