Store Inventory Tracking

I am having issues with inventory tracking. The Constant Contact store is not reducing the count of items as they are sold. Is there some sort of fix to this that I'm not aware of? Possibly a software upgrade or something? Or is there anything I need to do on my end to correct this, please let me know.
