I have a published survey and need to change one question from allowing only one response to multiple responses. I know this is easy to do. I've done it before, but can't remember how. It's the weekend so no support. Can anyone help?
Hello @OSusanna,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize for any inconvenience, but when your survey is already active and receiving responses, only question and answer text, or required question status can be edited. We don't have an option to change one question from allowing only one response to multiple responses. I will gladly submit your feedback on this!
Thanks for your speedy response. I did edit some of the questions when it was published. I had to unpublish it, BUT the survey hadn't received any responses when I did that. Now it has. So I guess I'm out of luck.
Hello @OSusanna,
I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but yes, that is correct.
