Trying to create a Website - Error

Hello! I am trying to create a simple Webpage and can't get past Step #2, hitting "Build Your Website." When I click that button, I'm redirected and this error pops up. Screen Shot 2022-11-27 at 6.03.26 PM (2).png

Any ideas?

Hello @L95912 ,

Your account lacked a first name, which caused some issues to be occurring on your account, such as even your regular My Account page to not be available. We've since added some generic text for your first name, so you should be able to access both My Account and start a new website as normal.
