Event reporting

There should be an easier way to pull a list of tickets sold. The current export option (full report) is clumsy.

Also, a lot of people who register multiple attendees forget to add themselves into the ticket area because they already added their name to the purchaser information, so they end up not purchasing a ticket.

Hello @Christen ,

Can you please elaborate on where you're having difficulty viewing or exporting your event reports for the tickets? Is your request that you're wanting a drilldown in the dashboard for the report on individual ticket types? Or is there some other functionality you're looking for?

Hi @Christen! I'm also wondering if you've used the Tickets - Sold report yet? If you navigate to the Reporting tab -> Tickets report -> select "Sold" from the toggle, you'll see a breakdown of all purchased/redeemed tickets.

Thanks for your feedback about the issue with primary contacts (registrants) not realizing they need to submit their information when they are also redeeming a ticket for themselves! We are looking into making this process more clear to registrants to avoid the scenario you've mentioned.
