Hi everyone, thank you for your patience as we looked into this! The good news is we have received word from our engineers that this has been resolved. Email Plus accounts are now allowed unlimited user roles, and a max of 5 users for our email basic accounts. Please increase the maximum number of users. We are maxed out at 10 but we have more than 10 that need access. As my company grows, so will the number of users that access this account.
We have maxed out our number of users (10) and now that multifactor authentication is required we aren't sure how to allow additional users to use Constant Contact. In theory some users could share a login but then how do they authenticate? Using a landline is not a very good option since not everyone is always onsite, and the rest of the authentication options are mobile device specific. An email code option would be helpful as a work around, but we would prefer to have the ability to add more users so we can manage them under a single account.
Hi @NancyR at this time our Email Plus plan does only offer the ability to have up to 10 users. Being able to have more than 10 users is however a feature request we are collecting feedback on. In fact we have merged your post into a larger thread focused on this request.
What is the timeline for moving a voted feature request to production? We need more user accounts asap and would be willing to purchase/add additional licensing to our account. MFA combined with only 10 user accounts, combined with no email MFA option, combined with mostly remote working (no shared phones/numbers) among staff has really made using Constant Contact difficult. We may need to review other options.
We are in the same boat of needing more than 10 user accounts, especially now that MFA is activated (which is a good thing). I hope that CC is going to roll out some solution in the near future!
