Seven phone calls in three days is excessive if not harassments!!! Ridiculous for someone simply trying to see what is available on your site. I will be re-evaluating even using your service moving forward; there are other companies out there to use and this aspect of "customer service" will more than likely push me in a different direction.

Expand the banner popup to include the pages you must select
I spent an hour and a half with support from constant contact because I had no idea there was more to the image above in the popup prompt, i.e., scroll down selection of page. No indication there was anything more to this box other than what I saw, clicked on and nothing happened. I suggest including a fuller image that shows there's more to the box.

There should be the ability to adjust the delivery on an automated email series. You used to have it with the previous (legacy) automated email series.

Greetings, It would be nice to see the campaigns I have chosen to resend to non-openers. And then easily see the results of the non-opener resend from that menu/drop-down.

When I select the scheduled time and I select the hour it is fine but when I select the minute from the drop down menu, if I select the :05 from the drop down menu, when I click it and close the drop down menu, it doesn't show as for example 12:05, it shows as 12:00. It does however get sent at 12:05 but it is really confusing and I am asking to please take a look at this. Thank you.

I don't like that using color on a font in a bulleted item changes the color of the bullet. In MSWord, this only occurs if the letters that are colored are at the end of the bulleted line. EVEN THEN, you can highlight the end space (where the formatting resides) and put in the color you want. Doing that makes the bullet change to that color. Please find a way to allow us to have a word in color and keep our bullet a different color. Thank you!

I regularly link email addresses within our campaigns so that readers can click and email the appropriate individual. It would be helpful if the new version of Constant Contact would "remember" the email addresses that we use often. In the old version, a drop down window would open with address suggestions as soon as I started typing.

In Canva, there is a section to create a brand kit that collects color palettes and fonts and logos into one place. When you are designing, those become easily clickable buttons. Having a feature like this for creating emails would save a TON of time.

Can you please update the program to be able to add/edit an automation series? As a new creator I am constantly changing things and need to upgrade my welcome series as I learn new things. Having to make a new one every single time is becoming overwhelming in the process.

It would be useful to see the unsubscribe rate and its change over time. I appreciate that I can get the number of unsubscribes in 12 months, but that would mean so much more if I could see month-by-month and year-over-year reports.
