Need a way to copy an existing contact and save it with a different email. We email people at the same company and all the information is the same except the email address, it would make it a lot faster. Or be able to have multiple emails address saved for a contact.

Hi, I'd love to see a feature added to the new Events feature. When I click on a person who registers for my event, it would be nice to be able to go to their Contact Record. I keep tags there of what other events they've attended, notes for if they're a no-show for prior events, etc. Being able to see all that easily in the Events management would be very helpful.

It would be super helpful to be able to edit the welcome message in the text to join so it better matches what we are sending out. The non-editable option that it has now says things that are not true about what we are sending out.

I would love it if we could schedule posts to our Google My Business page. This would go to the updates section of the page. I regularly post to this section on Google and it would save me so much time if I could roll that into the social posts that I do for other media platforms.

There should be an option to "close survey" instead of just deactivating a survey. Currently, when I want to close a survey, I have to go in to "edit", then change the "end date", then "reactivate", then allow the system to automatically close on that date. Constant Contact used to have a "close survey" option but no longer offers it. When I want to close a survey, I don't simply want it to be in "deactivated" status.

Hi,
We have clients that would like to be reminded daily, weekly or bi-weekly to send us their reporting data as part of our services. We are manually having to send those emails now.
We would love the ability to select an automation step for sending a recurring email for a certain period of time. Adding a contact to a list and then being able to customize the email/subject line in their specific automation and just choose the email template, frequency, and duration for the automation.

Events should have the ability for registrants to conveniently edit, update, or change their registration within Constant Contact without the need to contact a CC administrator, e.g., to correct any errors made during the initial registration as seen in the registration confirmation email.
This is a common feature available on other event registration platforms. By providing a link in the registration confirmation email to the event registration form populated with the initial registration information, registrants may edit or update their registration.
The focus of online registration should be to make the registration process as accessible as possible without the inconvenience of calling or emailing to make changes.

Can you create a dropdown menu of saved email addresses when sending a "Test" email campaign, so I don't have to retype the new addresses in every time? I send to a lot of different groups of people for approval on each campaign, and this feature would save me a lot of time.

We desperately need to ability to copy Legacy Events over to New Events.
Our organization creates nearly 100 events a year. This is done efficiently, affectively, and accurately by using the "Copy" feature that exists in the Legacy Events.
As I was told on Chat Support today (9/22), there is not going to be a way to copy Legacy Events over to the New Events -- that we'll need to recreate each event from scratch in the New system.
This is going to create a TON of work for our organization. A TON. It cannot be overstated! Please figure out a way for us to not have to recreate everything we've done.

I started 2 automation paths trying to achieve the automation I wanted but didn't activate and only the trigger point in the path and it won't let me the trigger point to make it empty nor delete the path. There is nothing else in it and not activated so not sure why I wouldn't be allowed to delete them.

Why isn't there a way to duplicate an existing invitation in Events 2.0 and send it to non-responders? I can send an email to non-responders, but I have to create a new email for it. I just spent 20 minutes re-creating an invitation I'd already worked on just so I could send the exact same email to contacts who hadn't responded to the first one. Is there a workaround I'm missing? I was hoping I could at least get around this by creating a segment for contacts who had not clicked on a link in my previous invitation, but this functionality isn't available for event emails.

When posting to both Facebook and Instagram, the image ratios are really different, it doesn't really make sense to use the same image dimensions. If we could use the square format for Instagram, and then drag the image so that where facebook crops, we could control that - that would be really useful.

I would like to be able to add my multiple sites under the same CC account through integration with Wix. I have a multi-pronged business that sometimes has overlap, and it would be nice to be able to access all those contacts in one place.

When in drafting mode working on an email campaign, we need to be able to easily delete images from that group on the left side of screen that you've just uploaded. Many times I'll try an image that I created and find that it needs tweaking. I upload a new version but there is no easy/quick way to delete the image(s) that you've decided you'll never use. I know that you can go to that other screen (I think it's Library) but it's not very quick to work over in that world either.

It'd be nice if you could change a link to a new document in an email blast and have it default to the new document you just uploaded instead of going back to the old document. i.e. Click on a link, click on edit, upload new document, upload it, and then have that document you uploaded be the new link instead of having to scroll through and find the one you just uploaded.

I have three different contact lists depending on my target audience. I have names in one that I would like to add to another. However, because that contact is listed in one, I can't add it to the other list. Contact lists should be mutually exclusive and not co-mingled.
