It was a rude surprise for me to find out that I have to recreate all the emails for my event this year because you've updated the events and the old emails that I usually just update can no longer be copied over. I rely on pre-scheduling event emails to manage my workload. Currently, a reminder email for event attendees can only be created once an email has been sent. It would be nice to be able to set up all aspects of an event (event details, invitation, reminder, etc.) at the same time, rather than having to remember to go back and create additional elements after the invitation has actually been sent.

Working in the new events platform, it would be helpful if I could preview an email after I've sent it. As it is, I have to create a copy then delete it if I don't actually need to use it again. It would be so much more efficient for me if I could preview these emails like I do other email campaigns.

I would like to be able to copy a landing page that I previous used in an event, but not copy the entire event. So, the functionality would be copying a landing page from a closed event and creating a regular landing page that's not in an event from it.

Has anyone found a good work around for adding a "cannot attend" button, link, etc. onto the event landing page? It seems like the "decline" option only exists on the original invitation email that gets sent out but there occasions where someone needs to be sent the landing page to register. Or if we'd like to publish the landing page URL, it would be nice to have that as an option. My current work around is adding a text line that reads "If you cannot attend, please email the event organizer by clicking here" and making the words "clicking here" a link that will generate an email to the event organizer.

Bring back the ability to drag and drop images within a campaign. The system now requires us to go through the upload process which is ridiculous - I'm not sure why the UX would go from easy to use "drag and drop" to a process with 6+ clicks.

Hi, I just have a comment that constantly pushing the AI generated tools on my main page is annoying. AI is not something everyone wants or even wants to hear about. I take hours to write our newsletters because we genuinely connect with our followers through human emotion and caring. We are a church. I find the idea of having a bot write our emails completely disrespectful to our contacts/followers. I realize AI is exciting to some people but there are a lot of writers and artists that find AI to be inauthentic and not in integrity with human connection. I have no problem with the tools being available for those who are unable to write. But I do have a problem that it's the main feature I see every time I log in to my Constant Contact. I can't even remove it, or click "not interested". I never will use it and I just want to share this as a gentle reminder that not everyone finds AI to be impressive. I'm certainly not impressed by a bot writing a newsletter and I would unsubscribe from any that were written that way.
