After taking over as the marketing director at Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE), Gab Leonetti quickly realized the value of relationship building with customers and prospective buyers. “In order for us to be able to assist and be able to help our clients, you have to know what they're up against, or what they're facing, or what their challenges are,” she says. “Build the relationship. Ask about people's lives. Ask about what they're doing, what their successes are, where they need help.”
