Should AB testing be used on two platforms ie Constant Contact and Zoho?

I'm not sure I understand the question, are you sending the exact same email through us and your CRM with AB testing turned on? If you're sending to the exact same group of contacts across multiple emailing platforms, you may end up inadvertently spamming your contacts. 

If you are going to be performing AB tests on two separate platforms, make sure either the content of the emails or the recipients themselves are wholly different between the two platforms.
